A: Our rates are based on USPS shipping charges along with packaging and delivery fees. We do have priority shipping options as well as overnight services if you need them. A: It was the result of frustration and a good sense of humor. We joked about using the name for a few days and it stuck. One thing is for sure, it's easy to remember! You can read the story behind the name on our "About Us" page by clicking on the button to the left of most pages in this web site. If you just can't wait any longer, you can just click here, and scroll to the bottom of the page.

A: Unless you paid for express shipping, you can expect anywhere from six days to two weeks for delivery of most orders via USPS. If this amount of time has passed, you can request an order status check from our "Customer Service" page by clicking on the link found at the left side of most pages in this site, or you can just click here. We will return your request after checking with the shipper to let you know if we have already made delivery or not.

A: Our available inventory listings on our web site are quite large. Our store inventory is even larger. With over 100,000 books available, it's easy to get lost. If you have a book in mind, you can submit a book search and we'll let you know about it's availability. Just fill out our "Book Search" form, linked at the left of most pages in our web site, and we'll get back to you with the information in a few days. The more complete your description is, the faster we can process your search. There is no charge for this service and you can access it directly from here.
