Once she decided to write, Elizabeth Smith, who was then working full-time, decided that something in her life would have to change in order to make time for this new endeavor. The decision was easy. She let go of the thing she hated most--cleaning house.

Elizabeth, who grew up in Memphis, attended Spring Hill College in Mobile, and graduated from the University of Memphis. After living in Denver for for over twenty years, she and her husband now call the Mississippi Gulf Coast home. They have two grown daughters who married and moved away, leaving behind a dog named Willie. Elizabeth is pretty sure he will never grow up, marry--or move away.

She currently serves as President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of RWA and is at work on her fourth novel.
